Section 30
Accountability of Directors
(1) If the committee knowingly or negligently causes or causes damage to the fund, such damage shall be recovered from the house of each director by Damasahi. The director who does not know about such loss shall not be liable for such damages. (2) Except as per the approval of the Government of Nepal, no director shall cause personal benefit to be done through the fund.
